I researched the 2 realtors recommended by Dave Ramsey and we decided to go with David Wertan. Boy were we glad we did. David and his team were kind & courteous from the get go. Just a little note to say a great big “Thank you” for helping us find the perfect house! We had only one weekend and with your help we narrowed down the neighborhoods and then the houses until we came up with the perfect home for us to start our new life in Mt. Pleasant. When we had questions concerning any of the houses that we were looking at you were on the phone finding out all of the info that you could from your many contacts.
